This is the latest news to the whole mess in the mortgage industry.

With this action by the Fed, we will soon see a bottoming in the housing market.

Bottoming? Maybe.
Might get worse. Just like when RTC stepped in during the 80's real estate market crash.

alot of the short sales and bank owned properties are getting like 5-10 offers each in Santa Clara County. The inventory have been dropping. We are seeing a normalized market now. I think the real estate market in Santa Clara County will bottomed out i
